Sometimes developers try way too hard to make a sequel that's completely different from the game they originally made. Thankfully, today's Ancient DOS Game, Populous II, is not one of those. (Although the third Populous game IS.) The game was developed by Bullfrog Productions and the DOS version was published by Electronic Arts in 1993. You can clear about 100 levels every six to eight hours depending on how well you score versus how much time you spend in each level. Multiply that out and you end up having 60 to 80 hours of gameplay ahead of you... Can you blame me for not being able to demonstrate every single effect in the game? o_o; * The original Amiga game forced the use of passwords to track your character.
