Going from a low res base conceptshot to an HD one seems like it would be really straightforward, but there are a few kinks in the process, so this video quickly goes over a few of those.
Also, just to clarify, we'll be using Inkscape later on to do the proper vector artwork for the game, but for anything conceptual it's significantly faster to just stick with raster graphics. :B
