Something which came pre-packaged with a lot of early PCs with CD-ROM drives were "activity centre/studio" software intended for kids, often with an educational slant to them, where each such program was essentially a sandbox of pointless activities and mini-games.
3-D Body Adventure only barely qualifies as such a program given how few activities there are. The bulk of the program is just an encyclopedia on the Human body and medical procedures... with an apparent reverence for male genitalia given the way everything's been worded. (Female genitalia though? No issues.)

Additional Information and Corrections:
* Turns out this game is actually available for digital download now thanks to the new Zoom Platform! Granted, I think even they know 99% of the people who buy this are only doing it for nostalgia sake, but either way, if you want a digital copy, here you go:

* Hopefully my attempts at humour make this episode tolerable considering how incredibly unentertaining 3-D Body Adventure actually is. x_x;
* "Will" is the short name of the guy who designed the "virtual reality" aspect of this program so I'm guessing he was responsible for handling the layout of the Emergency Room game, but considering this thing had TEN programmers working on it, who knows? :P
* Yes, I'm aware that the statement I joked about at the end is technically true, but did you honestly expect to hear something like that in a program targeted towards children? I sure didn't!
