At least the bad guys trying to stay in their lanes... :P
Today on Ancient DOS Games, Gemini's taking a look at Quarantine, an eclectic, violent, and depraved taxi driving game developed by Imagexcel and published through GameTek in 1994. This game's definitely an acquired taste as it's high intensity with twitchy controls, nearly unfair time limits, quirky music, and plenty of bugs to deal with, but you can't say the devs didn't have a vision with THIS one!

Additional Information and Corrections:
* If you want to check out that spiritual successor, Cybertaxi, follow this link over to Steam:

* I actually ended up with very little footage of most of the weapons individually. Because the time limits were so tight I almost exclusively just stuck to using the best weapons and keeping them stocked, thus why I wasn't really able to show much while talking about them. I mean cripes, that grinding blade on the hood? I have maybe 5 seconds of footage of me using it, it was THAT useless. :P
* I should clarify that you have a button to "eject" things from your vehicle. Normally this is done to abandon a mission in progress but some missions actually REQUIRE you to eject what you're carrying to win, mostly when bombing structures but there's also one where you have to eject some fish into a lake.
