As if the original Blake Stone game wasn't hard enough...
In today's episode of Ancient DOS Games, Gemini's taking a look at Planet Strike, also known as Blake Stone: Planet Strike as it's the direct sequel to the original Blake Stone: Aliens of Gold, developed once again by JAM Productions and published through Apogee in 1994.
Shorter ADG episode than usual today as there was less to say about this game than expected, but it does do a few things differently and thus it was still a good idea to point out its differences compared to Aliens of Gold. One difference missed though is that Aliens of Gold is about twice as large, so even though Planet Strike is technically better and more playable, Aliens of Gold is both longer and slightly easier.
