Terrible game or awesome tech demo? YOU THE VIEWER DECIDES! 8D
Today on Ancient DOS Games, Gemini's taking a look at Cyberia, the first game developed by Xatrix Entertainment and published through Interplay in 1994, and this one's... a bit weird...
Opinions about this game can be surprisingly polarizing, but for good reason: It's kinda both great and garbage simultaneously, and this general feeling lasts pretty much through the entire experience, from the start of the action right to the end of the credits.
Naturally, we're going to pick this all apart! ;)

Additional Information and Corrections:
* If you want to grab a digital copy of the game on GOG simply follow this link:

* Something I forgot to mention during the review which is kinda important for anyone giving this game a try, as it's yet another thing that's easy to miss: The Y axis for all methods of control are INVERTED by default for the action sequences, BUT, it is possible to toggle the inversion by pressing the F key during these sequences! Also note that this setting is not saved anywhere, as neither is the gamma correction setting, so you have to redo these each time you boot the game. :P
