Today on Ancient DOS Games, Gemini is taking a look back at SimAnt, developed and published by Maxis in 1991 as a simulation game relating to ants. Only trick is that it tries too hard to be a game and not hard enough to be a simulation...

Additional Information and Corrections:
* The funny thing is, the more you know about ants, the easier it is to get rid of them if you have a real ant infestation going on. Twice in my life over the years I've had to rid my father of ants in his prior houses and both times it simply came down to finding their entry/exit points and placing liquid bait on tiny pieces of plastic or foil near those points along the paths they were already following. My experience is that raw liquid bait works way better than traps but is unfortunately not suitable if you have pets.
